With a complete range of building services, Sano-Rubin meets the full spectrum of design and construction needs:
General Contractor– We recruit and manage highly skilled construction professionals from our expansive network of subcontractors—many of whom rank among the most respected in the Capital Region. Our priorities include precise scheduling, outstanding quality, and highly competitive pricing.
Construction Manager– Our in-house team of estimators, project managers, superintendents, and field representatives oversees every aspect of a project—planning, design, construction, post-construction—from the owner’s point of view. In the process, our clients get the best possible outcome and the highest value for their construction dollar.
Design/Build– Sano-Rubin’s architects and construction experts take responsibility for the entire project, from design and budgeting to scheduling, engineering, and construction. This gives our clients maximum control over each and every detail.
Program Consulting– Sano-Rubin uses its decades of experience to advise clients on any and every aspect of their projects’ requirements.
LEED Management– Our accredited professionals help clients optimize energy efficiency and environmental sustainability with a wide range of technologies—from solar and geothermal energy to construction waste recycling. As a result, our clients meet key industry requirements, promote their good corporate citizenship, and dramatically lower maintenance costs.
Development Services– Our VP of Business Development pursues and coordinates strategic opportunities and partnerships across New York and surrounding states. Additionally, he is a licensed NYS real estate broker.
Our self-perform work provides a skilled team of carpenters, laborers and masons. We can perform work items including demolition, concrete, masonry, carpentry, millwork, drywall, ceilings and installation of doors, frames & hardware. The advantages of self-performed work include more accurate scheduling of the work, higher quality, maximum productivity, reduced scope disputes, flexibility, and control of project cost. Additionally, it allows us to assist or assume control of work of a non-performing subcontractor in order to maintain project schedule.
“What separates Sano-Rubin from their organization is their communication process at every level from the top down in their organization. Their people are very forthcoming and made us feel like we were in a partnership.”
