Safety is a Team Commitment
Buy-in from the entire team is required to provide a safe and healthy work environment. Our Award-Winning Safety Program defines the responsibilities of each Team member-from management to workers, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, clients and visitors. Our Vice President of Field Operations / Safety Director Eric Coburn oversees all our jobsites to ensure each project receives the proper equipment and manpower required. He also manages our Quality Control/Quality Assurance program to confirm both productivity and safety are achieved at the highest level. In addition to our superintendents’ daily presence, we participate in both internal and external safety programs. Sano-Rubin takes a pro-active approach to safety by using 3rd party firms to perform monthly jobsite safety inspections and review our safety plan.
